Im very happy to hear of your new found happiness and acceptance of new comings and situations. i hope all has worked out for you. It's good to take risks sometimes. Although it can be scary it builds you as a person and all around can help strengthen you. I hope all has been working out ok for you and your health? Its a dangerous situation and truly sad anyone should have to go through it. It was wise advise your friend and Dr. Sung gave you...
which brings me to the other reason for why i am responding to this entry, my mother used to know Sung many years ago if its the same man whom you're referring to, and she sometimes will mention him. I would love for her to be able to get in contact with him somehow, i think she misses him. It would help her because i fear she is suffering depression as well as back problems.
if you have any way of letting me know how to contact Sung please let me know :)
thanks

Hey, I like that question. "Do you want to heal?" Jesus the Christ asked the same question of a crippled person begging. (His variation was, Do you want to be healed). Amazing. Well of course we'd think the person would want to get well. But we cannot assume. There is so much going on. There's Permission. And there's Relationship. And there's Ownership. Never underestimate the power of the question.

Hey Ted,

I'm downloading the mp3 file for show #5 right now - I'm only getting 5- 10 kb per second at the moment - maybe the server is getting hit by a lot of people at once? Perhaps that rate would make the show so choppy if people tried to listen via "play now" links?

Maybe that was Carla's issue?

I always download mp3's and then play them on an mp3 player (such as an iphone or ipod -- I actually prefer the usb thumb drive mp3 players ;) so that's why it really doesn't matter to me what the bandwidth capacity is.

Anyways, I thought I'd mention it, because perhaps that was the problem?

:) nmw

Good to read you, Amber. It had touched me to hear that your mom has also MS. I always wondered how my children deal with knowing that their mom has MS. They never say anything. How is or was it for you? Love to hear. In the meantime, I continue my treatment plan for the next 5 months and I'm doing very well. I sense a new lightness in me and my teaching(s) that is so, every so ludic-ly playful. I'll write more about that on my blog.

PS If your mother ever would be interested in talking with me, you know how to find me.
