"Do you want to heal?" Jesus the Christ asked the same question of a crippled person begging. (His variation was, Do you want to be healed). Amazing. Well of course we'd think the person would want to get well. But we cannot assume. There is so much going on. There's Permission. And there's Relationship. And there's Ownership.
